Learn how to create interesting, unique, and homemade appetizers. In this cooking class we will make puff pastry by hand and use it to make cranberry brie bites. We will also make homemade spanakopita triangles with phyllo dough, and lastly make a steak, blue cheese and caramelized onion crostini. We will also discuss what wines would be ideal for pairing with these appetizers.
**Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
