SUNY Broome Continuing Education Course Catalog Registration for our fall classes is open! > Culinary & Hospitality


In this course you will learn to make hänchen-schnitzel (chicken), spätzle, braised red cabbage and baumkuchen (tree cake). These German inspired treats will be a great addition to your Oktoberfest celebrations. This cooking class will be partly hands on and partly demonstration based.   

**Students are required to bring a hat and apron to class.
