Fusion Fitness: Ride-Circuit-Chill   

Ride-Circuit-Chill combines several exercise modalities to create a solid, efficient, well-rounded workout. Our unique offering provides 20 minutes of indoor cycling, 20 minutes of circuit training, and 20 minutes of yogic stretch. The sessions flow together seamlessly between our two studio spaces. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Modifications are always provided. Wear comfortable clothes. Our stationary bikes accommodate the SPD clipless pedal system.  


This class is held at Hustle Fitness, 3212 Watson Boulevard, Endwell.
