Strength TRX Plus   

With Strength TRX Plus you will be working on a new fitness goal each week with the equipment of the day. Build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and core and joint stability. TRX forces you to engage more muscles through keeping your balance and posture aligned. Get long and strong! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels!

This class meets at Hustle Fitness, 3212 Watson Boulevard, Endwell.
