This program is designed to assist women, minorities, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and dislocated workers in Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Tioga counties. You will be guided through the process of harnessing the myriad of small business ideas and thoughts, and focus upon building and executing your simple, focused start-up plan.

Classes meet at the Koffman Southern Tier Incubator, 3rd floor classroom.

Days and Times: Mondays and Wednesdays, September 18 through November 29 (no class October 9, November 22), 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Cost: $199 Register by 9/10 and receive a $50 discount! (US Veterans with DD124 ID proof provided, and those with SEAP benefits pay only $25)
