By June, trees have leafed out and spotting birds becomes challenging. But you don’t have to see them to identify them if you know their songs. Join Rick Marsi at the height of bird song season as he points out the songs of local breeding birds. The June 3rd session meets at Greenwood Park, town of Maine, and the June 10th class meets at Aqua-Terra Wilderness Area, Maxian Road, town of Binghamton.

Everything you need to know to start beekeeping.
Topics include:
- Learn who lives in the hive and what they do
- Examine and handle equipment and how to use it
- Supporting honeybee well-being and productivity throughout the beekeeping seasons
Students also have the opportunity to see honey bees in action in an enclosed observation hive.
Becoming involved with competitive homebrewing led instructor, Bob Talkiewicz, into the Beer Judge Certification Program. Besides the various styles of beer, hard cider and mead were included. Once Bob got involved in mead making, he thought it would be great to make it from his very own honey! He has also been involved in the local, state, and regional beekeeping organizations.

Discover the current trends in the industry and how easy and affordable it can be to learn, set up and work from home. You’ll learn about different types of voiceovers and the tools you’ll need to find success. Your instructor will take notes as you read a real script in this one-on-one video chat setting, and offer some coaching to improve your delivery. You’ll receive a professional voiceover evaluation later in a follow-up call.
