• Why Don't Those Millenials and Gen Zers Make Any Sense? Improving Intergenerational Communication

• So many generations! So much confusion! Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z are alive and well today and differ greatly. Each brings value to a family or organization. Each also brings unique differences – oftentimes evident in communication styles and values. If we better understand what makes each generation tick, we'll have greater success interacting with younger generations. Do you want to improve communication with your children? What about your grandchildren and great grandchildren (what are they saying anyway???!!!) Let's talk about how to bridge these information gaps and see that we really do have a lot to learn from one another. (And by the way, there's a new yet-to-be-named generation now living - the 1-5 year olds! Yikes!)
