Note- Our refund/transfer policy is as follows:
Refunds: A class/event cancellation and/or refund request received greater than seven (7) business days prior to the first day of class/event will receive a refund, minus a $15 administrative fee per class, excluding Art Workshops, Culinary classes and Day Trips.* No refunds shall be given for requests made within seven (7) business days, or if student does not attend the class/event. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing.
*Culinary Classes and Day Trips cancellations and/or refund requests received greater than fourteen (14) business days prior to the first day of the class/workshop event will receive a refund, minus a $15 administrative fee per class.
*Art Workshops cancellations and/or refund requests received greater than fourteen (14) business days prior to the first day of class/event will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.
Transfers: If space is available, transfer requests received greater than seven (7) business days prior to the start of the “original” class/event shall be granted, excluding Art Workshops, Culinary classes and Day Trips which will follow a fourteen (14) business day prior to the first day of the class/workshop rule. This rule applies to the class/event being transferred out of, not enrolling into. A $5 processing fee per transfer will be charged.
