Washington Real Estate Practices

This is the SECOND required course prior to taking the Real Estate Brokers state licensing exam. Explore agency relationships, listings and evaluating techniques, in depth analysis of the purchase and sale agreements, residential financing, the closing process, marketing, negotiation, business skills and procedures, environmental issues, governmental agencies, and real estate math. Seasoned real estate instructors will answer your questions and give you feedback on your work.

RECOMMENDED Prerequisite: Washington Real Estate Fundamentals.

Note: It is strongly recommended students enroll in “Real Estate Practices” 30-hour course after completing the “Washington Real Estate Fundamentals” 60-hour course. This will allow you to maximize the amount of time for your completion. This is also advised as the material in this class builds upon the Fundamentals course.

Please note this course now allows for continuous enrollment. However, the course must be completed within the quarter registered and by no later than the quarter end date.

This course uses a separate online portal and is not accessible though the Bellevue College Canvas system. A personalized email will be sent to each student upon registration with instructions as to how to access the course/materials.
