Develop technical knowledge and skills to support computers and users

Competencies:

You will gain the essential IT knowledge and skills to support and troubleshoot computer systems, including:

  • Troubleshoot common IT issues with computers and users
  • Problem-solve a wide variety of issues ranging from networking and operating systems to mobile devices and security
  • Help connect users to the data they need to do their jobs regardless of the devices being used.

Note: Students who have completed this course will be able to take the optional CompTIA A+ certification exams (Core 1: 220-1001 and Core 2: 220-1002)
