This course will intertwine yoga exercises, breathing techniques and meditative experiences to provide tools for students to use independently for self improvement. We will focus on effective repeatable kriyas (combinations of exercises) and meditations that can be used to build a daily practice from. We will work toward balance and stress reduction for creating self healing. The course is appropriate for beginning or advanced students; no previous experience is necessary. Try to attend without a stomach full of food.
Instructor Devta Khalsa is an accomplished teacher and teacher trainer in Kundalini Yoga, using breath as a healing modality and meditation to manage the mind. Devta has been teaching and studying yoga locally and internationally for over 40 years.
