Everyday stress can go unnoticed until it builds to life-changing proportions such as illness, relationship problems, and emotional upheavals. This course will look into identifying stress in our daily lives and how to reduce stress every day. In-person enrollment limited to 26.
Instructor George Kirchner, LPC is a local therapist involved in crisis management for thirty years and has taught stress management for over twenty to First Responders and Disaster Volunteers.
