This class will be a Table Read of the musical written by Laura Walsh (songs and lyrics). The musical is based on a book by Jackie French, titled Pennies for Hitler and follows the life of a young boy who must escape Nazi Germany in a suitcase. Participants do not need to be able to read music or sing. Act I will be covered in the first four weeks, and then Act II after a week break. Materials fee $10; pay instructor at first meeting. Enrollment limited to 8.
