    Search and Rescue Dogs are used to find people and things that people have touched. What dogs can do it, which breeds are best, how do they work? Cathie Harms Tordoff will share information about training as well as relate stories from the field from her career.

     

    Instructor Cathie Harms Tordoff was one of the founding members of PAWS Search and Rescue Dogs in 1986. She has trained five different dogs to assist with locating people, items people have touched and human remains. She will be joined by a guest speaker each meeting.
