Is your computer haunted or does it run slower than a sloth? In this class we’ll take a look at the fundamentals of IT troubleshooting and how to keep your computer running smoothly. You will be introduced to things like driver updates and hard drive defragmentation. We’ll also take a look at some helpful software you may want to incorporate. Bring a computer and complain or just come learn how to raise one from the dead.
Instructor Brandon Amundson has worked with and on computers in many different aspects during his career. He has assumed the role of a first line contact for IT issues in every position he has held. He is currently enrolled in the CTC IT Specialist program and wants to share the tips and tricks he’s learned along the way.
