This is a Hatha Yoga yoga teacher training. Upon completion of this course students will be a 200 hour certified yoga teacher and will have the option to register with Yoga Alliance. Students will be taught the 8 limb path of yoga, how to safely and effectively guide a yoga class, and how to live a healthy lifestyle. This is your journey, we are just here to hold space and offer guidance.

The Supervisor/Management Certificate equips you with the skills to motivate teams, drive innovation, and navigate change. As organizations evolve, leaders need to inspire excellence while delivering real results. This program, starting in January 2025, consists of six 4-hour workshops delivered once every four weeks. Tailored for emerging leaders, seasoned supervisors, and HR professionals, it enhances leadership and management skills.
