Through hands-on gardening and collaboration with local partners, participants will learn about community engagement and sustainability. Guest speakers and workshops will explore how gardens strengthen community ties and support well-being. The course will be taught on campus, with a couple of classes held at the OLLI garden in Fulton Park, Waterbury.
