We pass through many landscapes as we travel through Delaware and beyond. This course gives participants a basic and practical understanding of the geologic constituents and processes that form the landscape, with emphasis on the Mid-Atlantic region. There will be plenty of hands-on study with rocks, minerals and fossils, along with photos, videos, and even music, to give participants a real feel for the rocky world around us.
