MTGEC is offering two of our curriculum modules focused on cognitive impairment and dementia in older adults for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for health care professionals.

The two 2-hour modules, Cognitive Decline and Dementia in Older Adults and Screening for Cognitive Impairment are part of our MTGEC Online Geriatric Health Curriculum. These modules are being offered free of charge to Montana residents as part of the Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (GWEP) funded through HRSA. Out-of-state residents pay $25. These modules are available for professional contact hours for nurses, pharmacists, social workers, licensed counselors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and nursing home administrators. Upon successful completion of a module, Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be awarded and a certificate issued.
