NASX 391 Indians of the American Southwest: Relationships with the Land   

The course is designed to give students a grounded and contextual understanding of Indian peoples' traditional relationships with the land in the American Southwest. This course is part of the Colorado Plateau: Desert Canyons and Cultures program. 

Course meets online initially and in southern Utah and northern Arizona for the remainder. Course is available for undergraduate credit only. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the transferability of courses to their degree-granting institution and intended major.

Registration for this course is required through the Wild Rockies Field Institute, www.wrfi.net. The sponsoring agency charges a course registration fee.

Students wanting to earn academic credit from the University of Montana must pay an additional $155/course credit recording fee below.
