Students will learn the natural history of the region, understand basic principles of ecology, and be able to apply these to the Colorado plateau. This course is part of the Colorado Plateau: Desert Canyons and Cultures program.
Course meets online initially and in southern Utah and northern Arizona for the remainder. Course is available for undergraduate credit only. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the transferability of courses to their degree-granting institution and intended major.
Registration for this course is required through the Wild Rockies Field Institute, www.wrfi.net. The sponsoring agency charges a course registration fee.
