This course explores the traditional ecological perspectives of the Salish, Kootenai, Blackfeet and Tlingit peoples.
Course meets in central and northwest Montana; Alberta and British Columbia, Canada. Course is available for undergraduate credit only. Course is part of the Wild Rockies Summer Semester. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the transferability of courses to their degree-granting institution and intended major.

Students wanting to earn academic credit from The University of Montana must pay an additional $155 credit recording fee. This is a flat fee and not a per credit fee. Information about registering for academic credit will be provided by the sponsoring agency.
