This course is designed to give students an understanding of the concept of sustainability and resilience, and their application to a variety of issues specific to the geography of Montana, including: wilderness, agriculture, mining, energy production, green building principles, transportation, and climate change. This course is one unit of a five-unit, 15-credit, offering by the Wild Rockies Field Institute.
Course meets in central and eastern Montana. Course is available for undergraduate credit only.
