NRSM 345 Watershed Dynamics and Management Issues   

During the course, students investigate watershed function; introductory stream hydrology and morphology; and fish, amphibian and furbearer habitat characteristics. The course also explores impacts of road building, watershed fragmentation on watershed and stream function.

Course meets in Condon. Course is available for undergraduate credit only. Course is part of the Landscape & Livelihood Program. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the transferability of courses to their degree-granting institution and intended major.

Registration for this course is required through a sponsoring agency. See registration contact information below. The sponsoring agency charges a course registration fee.

Students wanting to earn academic credit from The University of Montana must pay an additional $155 credit recording fee. This is a flat fee and not a per credit fee. Information about registering for academic credit will be provided by the sponsoring agency.
