JRNL 491 Writing Workshop: Running to Stand Still   

In this unique early autumn workshop, students will have the opportunity to write and run alongside Brendan Leonard, adventure writer and master of nontraditional literary communication. Brendan, in his annual Freeflow workshop, will lead this six-day workshop near Whitefish, Montana, focusing on writing for and finding an audience in an ever-changing media landscape.

Course is available for undergraduate or graduate credit. Course is available for Credit/No Credit grading only. It is the student’s responsibility to verify the transferability of courses to their degree-granting institution and intended major.

Registration and payment for this course is required through the Freeflow Institute.

After registering and paying for the course, students wanting to earn academic credit from the University of Montana must pay an additional $155 credit recording fee.
