Experienced beekeepers may begin at more advanced course levels (Journeyman Level, Natural Beekeeping, Commercial Series) if they show an apprentice level proficiency in beekeeping. The Apprentice Test-Out Comprehensive Exam has been designed to determine Apprentice proficiency. You are required to score an 80% or better in order to gain admittance into the higher level course without participating in the Apprentice course. You are allowed one attempt at this exam and will have 125 minutes to complete the 60 questions from the time you start. The questions are a mix of multiple-choice, matching, and true/false formats.
