Using Home Equity in Retirement   NEW!

For many people, the term “Reverse Mortgage” brings a negative picture to mind. What many don’t know is that this has been a federally insured loan program since 1988. A reverse mortgage can be an alternative to assisted living insurance or can simply be a source of tax-free income. Some use funds to remodel a current home or help purchase a home more suitable in size and layout. Although a home owner needs to be 62+ to qualify for a reverse mortgage, many look into the process in order to help advise aging parents.

You may bring your spouse or life partner for no additional fee. Simply register yourself, then reply to your registration confirmation email with the name of your partner. If you will not be bringing a guest, please respond with "no guest."
