This course will address applying the principles of lifestyle medicine to age well. It will consist of six classes, each focusing on a different pillar of lifestyle medicine and how each helps with healthy aging. Since nutrition and diet are crucial to healthy aging, recipes and food samples will be provided at each class. In addition, we will discuss how aging is affected by exercise, proper sleep hygiene, dealing with stress, fostering good social connections, avoiding risky substances, and the power of nature.

Get a solid foundation in the fundamentals, including proper warm-ups, climbing techniques, and essential strengths to enhance your skills and build confidence. All questions are encouraged, and you’ll get valuable insights and hands-on demonstrations. Whether you're a novice or honing your abilities, this class provides a comprehensive introduction to the art of climbing. Stonetree provides the shoes, and full facility access is included. Join us for an adventure that will challenge and inspire you!
