Introduction to Pasta Making   

Enjoy some quality time in the kitchen learning how to create fresh pasta from scratch. Chef Ray Nichols will teach you traditional Italian techniques in this hands-on pasta class. You will practice rolling out pasta, then cutting, hand forming and cooking it to make the perfect dough every time. Chef Ray will discuss various topics including fresh vs. dried pasta and rolled vs. extruded pasta. Before you sit down to dine, you will learn how to cook, dress, and plate your meal. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes, and have long hair tied back. Workshop limited to 12 people.
