The discipline of Strategic Doing will teach you how to design and guide complex collaborations by following a set of simple rules. Even when "no one can tell anybody else what to do," you can form collaborations quickly and begin moving them toward measurable outcomes, building in opportunities to adjust along the way as the group learns.
