Planning and Delivering a Strategic Doing Workshop- October 2021   

Move your agile leadership skills to the next level. Four live sessions, including an extended simulation, create a powerful learning experience to put the 10 Skills to work in a team format. This course provides you the tools and frameworks to guide a collaborative team or build a new network. Learn to move your group quickly through new ways of thinking, behaving, and doing. This course is available to people who have taken the Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (or experienced Strategic Doing practitioners looking to refresh their skills).

  • Format: Four live 2-hour sessions (October 19: 1 - 3 pm Eastern, October 21: 1 - 3 pm Eastern, October 26 : 1 - 3 pm Eastern, October 28: 1 - 3 pm Eastern)
  • Prerequisite: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership (or previous Strategic Doing training - contact us if you have questions)
  • Time required: ~10 hours total, including short homework assignments
  • Credential: certificate documenting 1.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs); participants who have already completed Ten Skills for Agile Leadership and have completed all assignments with 80% or higher grade are awarded an electronic credential or “badge” as a Strategic Doing “Practitioner”, for use on LinkedIn or other social media. They are also eligible to enroll in the workshop leader certification course.

 

As part of this course, you'll also receive lifetime access to the online Practitioners' Resource Library. You'll also get a "digital credential" that you can use in a resume, on social media, etc. that describes the training you've been to.
