This course looks at ways to ensure mentoring is available to all members of a workplace and that diversity, equity and inclusion are part of an organization’s top-of-the-mind-awareness when it comes to building their workforce and leadership teams. Companies are encouraged to make all members feel valued, supported, given opportunities for growth and advancement, and to experience diversity within their upper ranks. Special attention will be paid to traditional and relational forms of mentoring, particularly for marginalized groups.
