    Take part in 2.5 days of in-person engaged learning and join an active, national network of Strategic Doing practitioners. This course will help you design and implement the ten rules of Strategic Doing, an adaptable process that allows you to rapidly build complex collaborations and leverage them to move toward measurable outcomes, as you discover what works and build upon it. Expand your ability to lead in collaborative teams, including: identifying the right situations for using this new approach to strategy, guiding teams in finding and pursuing new opportunities, and designing and leading your own Strategic Doing sessions. Using Strategic Doing allows teams to find new opportunities and quickly take action.

    • Prerequisite: none
    • Course length: 2.5 days 
    • Credential: certificate documenting 2.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs); participants who have completed all assignments with 80% or higher grade are awarded an electronic credential or “badge” as a Strategic Doing “Practitioner”, for use on LinkedIn or other social media, and are eligible to enroll in the workshop leader certification course.

    Course cancellations:  Non-credit courses are subject to cancellation due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances.  The Center for Learning and Professional Development apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.  In the event a course is cancelled, a registrant had the option of applying the fee to another course or receiving a full refund.
