As part of your EMB625 course, you will be taking the AEM-Cube assessment. The AEM-Cube is not an intelligence test or test of skills. Instead, it gives you information about how you best contribute to a team. For example, are you a person who like brainstorming about lots of different possibilities, or would you rather work on getting the details of a process just right? Neither is better – both are valuable to a team. You will take the AEM-Cube on your computer (smartphones don’t work very well for this); it is a series of multiple-choice questions about how you prefer to do things. It will probably take you less than 20 minutes to complete. Try to answer as honestly as you can – there are no right answers.
