Building an Agile Economy

Develop your ability to guide your economy to higher levels of performance: more resilient, more sustainable; more entrepreneurial and innovative. In this course, developed by the Agile Strategy Lab at the University of North Alabama, award-winning practitioners will advance your knowledge and skills to transform your economy. After this course, you will understand how networks and ecosystems power every economy, and you will learn a straightforward way to analyze, guide, and develop your ecosystem. Current economic development practices are deeply grounded in the industrial era and an “I win/you lose” mindset. These approaches emerged after World War II, and they are still ingrained in today's professional practice. This course will put you on a different path as you learn to see your economy as an integrated system of networks.
