Instructional Systems Design Certificate

Instructional Systems Design Certificate

Learn the methods that get results.

The Instructional Systems Design certificate program is constructed to prepare you for developing multi-purpose training materials. Instructional Systems Design (ISD) is a method of developing, implementing and evaluating training materials to assure they are meeting the needs of the learners. Regardless of the subject matter, instructional design produces consistently positive results in learners. This course uses a hands-on approach to completing all aspects of an ISD project. Through the course, participants will choose a topic for instruction, analyze the topic, develop instructional materials and revise the materials after testing them. During the course, you will learn all aspects of developing curriculum, from conducting an analysis of the job, to evaluating how well a course meets the needs of the trainees.
