This course is required for the AI for Creators courses.

Please Note: Participants will need to bring a laptop, tablet, or phone to class.  A one-month subscription to ChatGPT Plus is required for this course.  Subscriptions can be purchased at https://chat.openai.com/ for $20 per month and can be cancelled at any time.

This course includes the following classes.

• AI Exploration for Beginners - Mondays, August 4 through August 18, 6 pm - 8 pm
• Creative Adventures with AI - Mondays, August 25 through September 29 (No class September 1), 6 pm - 8 pm
• Your choice of one of the following:
  • Revolutionize Your Writing with AI Advanced Techniques - Mondays, October 6 through November 10, 6 pm - 8 pm
  • Mastering AI in Art Advanced Techniques - Dates will be in January 2026
  • AI in Filmmaking, Mondays - Dates will be in February 2026

Please note: Participants will need a laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet access for using AI tools. A 1-month subscription to ChatGPT Plus is required for this course. Subscriptions can be purchased at https://openai.com/chatgpt for $20 per month and can be cancelled at any time. For advanced image creation, a MidJourney subscription is also required, starting at $10 per month. The instructor will demonstrate how to set up MidJourney at the start of the course, so please be ready to subscribe then or beforehand.

Please note: Windows will be used by the instructor.  It is important to have a basic knowledge of computer files and navigating program menus.

Bringing a personal laptop is optional, but not required.  The classroom does not provide computers for use during instruction.

A 30-minute lunch break is built into the class time.
