Broadway Musicals: Come From Away

On September 11, 2001, the U.S. Federal Aviation Authority (FAA) closed airspace, forcing 38 planes carrying 6579 passengers and crew to land at Gander International Airport in Newfoundland, Canada. The sudden influx nearly doubled the population of the small town. Discover the Tony Award winning musical that beautifully intertwines the tales of residents, flight crews, and passengers, showcasing how their acts of kindness and generosity transformed a moment in history. Despite the unspeakable tragedy of 9/11, human kindness triumphed in Newfoundland. Class format encompasses multi-media presentations and discussions.
