Building Strength As We Age   

Meet with a certified personal trainer to learn about the importance of strength training as we age. All sessions will cover both education and a strength training workout, accessible to all levels of fitness. Topics will include functional fitness, cardio training, strength training, flexibility training, balance exercises and core work. Modifications will be provided for all activities. Copies of the workouts will be provided to all participants so exercises can be done at home. Wear comfortable work out attire and tennis shoes.
