Acupuncture, Meditation, Herbs: Do They Really Improve Your Health?   

Integrative health emphasizes the importance of life balance and holistic health and well-being. Learn about the components of integrative health (i.g., herbs and supplements, meditation, wellness coaching, acupuncture, massage, resiliency and nutrition), and how it considers the whole person. Then, learn more about Eastern traditions for health and wellness including insights from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Ayurveda and the importance of balancing mind-body-spirit for optimal well- being. Learn about foundational concepts and principles of Eastern health philosophy and how they collaborate with Western approaches to health and wellness.
