Join OLLI for a guided tour of the Oxbow Nature Study Area, a 22-acre conservation and public access natural space located on the Truckee River in west Reno. The study area is jointly managed by the Nevada Department of Wildlife and the City of Reno and is home to a variety of native habitats and wildlife. The tour will involve walking on paved and dirt paths in the park. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED: On April 7-8, send an email to ollirenoprereg@gmail.com with Oxbow Park in the subject line. Include your name and phone number. You may also include the name & phone of another OLLI member if you want to attend together. Please identify your tour time preference (i.e. 10am only, 2pm only, or either). Tours are limited to 20 members each. A lottery will be held to fill available slots if demand exceeds availability.
