"This class gave me a new perspective on how to be assertive. I learned techniques to take my communication habits and make them more productive. The class booklet is kept on my office desk so I can review it often to keep the tools fresh in my mind. Kathleen is a knowledgeable instructor and makes it easy to have open conversation in the classroom."
