College Achievement Program
 The University of Southern Indiana’s College Achievement Program (CAP) offers dual credit to outstanding junior and senior students in more than two dozen area high schools. Through CAP, students meet high school graduation requirements and earn college credits, all while in their high school classroom during the regular school day. CAP courses are taught by high school instructors who meet the same criteria as USI adjunct faculty. Many CAP courses transfer easily utilizing the Indiana Core Transfer Library (CTL) and fulfill the Academic Honors Diploma. Most CAP courses are on the dual credit priority list. Leadership Skills Assessment
Using well-recognized and accepted assessment center methodology, assessors observe and evaluate participants during a series of work simulations where participants encounter challenges and tasks common to supervisory and management positions. The outcome is a comprehensive report outlining the participant's strengths, developmental needs and training recommendations. The assessment is valuable for aspiring or current supervisors and managers from all industries. Fee includes refreshments and lunch. This course addresses the following soft skills: leadership, written and oral communication, problem solving, decision making, interpersonal relationship skills, sensitivity, planning, organizing and prioritizing abilities.

Pharmacy Technician Certification Prep (Online)
 Prepare for a career as a pharmacy technician. This immersive course will train you to work as a pharmacy technician and prepare you for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE®) to obtain the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB®).
Your training helps you understand how to assist the pharmacist in the packing and distribution of medication. You will obtain hands-on practice in retail pharmacy procedures through an online lab module.
Pharmacy technician training covers the ethics of pharmacy practice and education about prescription medications, patient care and interaction, and charges and reimbursement. You will also have the option to perform a hands-on, 100-hour Clinical Experience.
