Withdrawal/Cancellation Policy:

Refunds: A full refund (minus $95 processing fee) will be granted if you cancel before the start date. Once the course has started, a 50% refund (minus $95 processing fee) can be requested within five business days from the start date. Refunds will not be granted once the five business days has passed.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded only to the card used at the time of purchase

Please submit a formal request to withdraw, transfer, or cancel to pace@utsa.edu. A $150 fee is associated with a one-time transfer.

Loans will be certified for the cost of the program only. No additional funds will be approved.
