This 6-week compassionate workshop series designed for anyone navigating the profound and often unpredictable landscape of grief, with a special focus on veteran loss. Together, we will explore the emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational dimensions of loss through storytelling and expressive arts, while building a community of support and connection.  Before our last session together, we will have the opportunity to attend the Grief Dialogues production of In Honor at the Radius Center on Oct 23 or 24. This immersive, artful theatre experience that examines the cost of courage, the silence that follows the battlefield, loss, love, and what it means to be human.
