Drawing

This drawing class will introduce the basic visual language, techniques and materials of drawing as a form of visual expression. There will be an emphasis on awareness of compositional relationships in conjunction with an improved ability to translate the observable world. Presentations and discussions will introduce varied historical and contemporary approaches to drawing. Critiques will give us a chance to practice analyzing our work in a constructive manner.
