Mastering Beer Styles: Exploration and Evaluation  

UPDATE March 17, 2020

Dear Mastering Beer Styles Students,

With the announcement from Governor Inslee that all in-person instruction at universities is cancelled until April 24th, we are in the position of having to make challenging decisions. With the additional public health directives to close bar and restaurants across the state, this makes it particularly difficult for an in-person course like Mastering Beer Styles. Because we do not have a clear end to these restrictions, we are CANCELLING all beer tasting courses for the immediate term. We will look to reschedule classes as soon as possible. We will all need to raise a pint when this is over!

Beginning Monday, March 17th we will begin the process of course and registration fee refunds. Due to the volume of registrations, we ask for your patience in this process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

I would like to thank our brewery partners at 7 Seas, Lowercase, and Beardslee. Please continue to patronize these important small business in whatever way possible.

As for future offerings of the course, we are working on our schedule for the next academic year – including potential offerings this Summer. It would be great to hear from you if interested in Summer courses. Stay tuned!
