Outreach Trainers

To become an Outreach Training Program trainer, an individual must meet the prerequisites and complete the applicable industry trainer course through an Authorizing Training Organization. Current trainers must update their training every four years. Expiery dates are listed on the Outreach trainers card.

Before registering for a trainer/or/update course, please submit the required Prerequisite Verification Form and email it to OSHA@volstate.edu.

Trainer Course: Complete the form thoroughly and attach a copy of your relevant standards certificate when emailing it to osha@volstate.edu to register for the trainer course.

Trainer Update: Complete only pages 1 and 5 of the form. When emailing, attach photos of the front and back of your trainer card.
