VITAL Learning

We offer a variety of 4 hour leadership modules to help build and maintain a healthy culture within your organization. The Vital series courses provide team leaders with foundational and interpersonal skills to improve communication, enhance employee motivation and retention and create more efficient and effective teams. We do have students that are entry level in their supervisory / leadership role as well as those that are more seasoned. These programs can be offered via ZOOM, TEAMS, on campus, or at your organization.
