PLC Troubleshooting and Programming

This course will be a brief overview of AC & DC electrical concepts. Emphasis on troubleshooting concepts using schematics and measuring devices. Also, an introduction to Programmable Logic Controllers, common associated Input and Output devices, PLC programming with an emphasis on uploading and downloading programs, program monitoring and using PLC programming software as a troubleshooting tool, Discrete PLC based control systems with an emphasis on PLC control system maintenance, troubleshooting & repair.
